To buy a home via Libra Realty:

To find a home with Libra Realty, please send us your requirements for a home to our system, a virtual agent will be generated on your behalf. Everyday, the virtual agent will send you a list of all newly listed houses that meet your requirements. You can change your requirements at any time. You will be able to see the basic information including photos, virtual tours of the houses. When you find something you are interested in, you can send in a request to see the houses. Whether you’re looking for a new construction from a builder, or an existing home on the market, Libra Realty will have a perfect solution just for you.

If you are going to purchase a new home construction, Libra Realty will recommend agent that are specialized in new homes. Now only will we help you negotiate the best deals with the builder, our experienced agent can also make good recommendations on site and option selections. Our commission is paid by builder. The builder will not give you any discount if you do not have a buyer agent, on the other hand, if you use Libra Realty as buyer agent, we will contribute part of our commission (the amount of contribution depends on the price of the property) toward your closing cost!
If you are looking for an existing home on the market, please send us your requirements for a home to our system, a virtual agent will be generated on your behalf. Everyday, the virtual agent will send you a list of all newly listed houses that meet your requirements. You can change your requirements at any time. You will be able to see the basic information including photos, virtual tours of the houses. When you find something you are interested in, you can send in a request to see the houses.ou don’t need to pay anything for the services we provide. If we successfully find a home for you, Libra Realty will be paid a commission by the seller at settlement. In the mean time, Libra Realty will contribute part of our commission ((the amount of contribution depends on the price of the property) toward your closing cost at settlement!
