The service includes: CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) on your property, help you decide on a reasonable listing price; enter the detailed property information into MLS system, in the mean time, your property information will automatically be posted at professional real estate web sites including homesdatabase (http://www.homesdatabase.com/) and realtor web site (http://www.realtor.com/); put a bright Libra Realty for-sale sign on your property, lockbox for real estate agent access; make recommendataion to prepare your property for listing; upload unlimited number of photos of your property to MLS system and professional real estate web sites; prepare brochures and property disclosures for buyers; after you receive contracts, represent you to negotiate with buyers, help you obtain the best price and contract terms; represent you at settlement, help resolve any issues during settlement, such as, home inspect and repair results, pre-settlement walk-through problems, settlement charges. Help solve any issues that might appear during the home-selling process, and remind you of anything that needs your attention during each step.
